If any other locations are brought to my attention I'll let you know. Online, Counterweight can be purchased directly through the publisher at designstudiopress.com. As for any locals interested in purchasing a book, it might be a good idea to contact the store to check on availability, as I don't have a confirmed delivery schedule for local accounts.
